Rent is due on the first of each month.  Here are the room style with rental rates. Rates are based on the 2010-2011 academic year.

Basic Double = $1,074

4 Person Double = $1,204

Limited Edition Double w/ Common Area = $1,399

Limited Edition Double = $1,524

2 Person Double = $1,649

Single = $2,150

Payments can be received by check, money order, or paid online at www.thestatesider.com.  When paying online you will need to set up an account and know the residents exact room number (example: 1001A-2.)  Please contact the Statesider front desk at 608-256-7070 if you have questions about a room number. 

If you pay for the semester in full you will receive a 2% discount.  If you pay for the academic year in full you will receive a 4% discount.
